The project is for a young family of four. It reorganises the small lot (10m x 40m) into 5 useful regions. 1 - seat under frangipani tree to street and neighbours; 2 - sleeping box (existing cottage); 3 - hole to sky; 4 - living addition; 5 - native garden. All are accessed via the street that turns into a lane that turns into a track in the north garden.
